This is one of the balance exercises and leg exercises that strengthens the muscles that help us run, jump and walk efficiently. It develops the muscles in the back of our calves.
I have been doing this leg exercise for about a year. I can now stand on the balls of my feet with little effort. I also walk with more confidence and control. It is a great and simple exercise to do, and is an excellent addition to any fitness routine. You can also do it anywhere.
